Divas Healthy Homemade Protein Bar
30gm sliced almonds
10gm chia seeds
30gm walnuts ( chopped small)
20 gm unsweetened coconut flakes
1 egg white
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinammon1 tsp chilli powder
Mix all ingredients together and place in a baking sheet spread about 1 cm thick. Bake for about 10 mins at 400 F.
Cool and cut into 3 slices.
Each slice is about 6.5gms carbohydrates and 7gms protein and have the added health benefits of chia and flaxseeds.
