ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Claire Preen is an author, publisher and an award-winning chocolatier. With a passion for being creative—both through her writing and her relentless development of new recipes—Claire is always looking to inspire, entertain and educate others. She has appeared on numerous cooking shows in Australia.
Her first book, 50 Shades of Chocolate, a collection of chocolate recipes focused on sensuality, sexuality and bringing people closer together. Her second cookbook, A Diva’s Guide to Dinner Parties, shows readers how to become the ultimate entertaining diva, all while adding a bit of humour and fun throughout the process.
When she’s not writing, traveling or training others about all things chocolate, Claire can be found hosting fabulous dinner parties with her husband in Denver, Colorado.
